But wait, there's more!!!
The Caney Creek Social Club is already gorgeous and offers plenty to do - but we're not done yet!
In the coming months, we will be further raising the bar at this newly-built cabin to make it a destination in and of itself, where everyone can find their own type of enjoyment for hours on end.
- We are working with an interior designer to refine the indoor elements, so most of the FURNITURE and DECOR you see in the pictures will be changed out for the better (think: sophisticated mountain luxury!), hopefully by approximately the end of April.
- We are smack dab in the middle of constructing a PICKLEBALL / SPORTS COURT with a basketball hoop and outdoor lighting. The concrete should be poured by approximately mid-February, so the surface will technically be playable, and the painted lines should be completed once the weather cooperates, hopefully by approximately the end of May. Pickleball, basketball, flag football and even wiffleball equipment will be provided for your use and enjoyment.
- Later this year (timing TBD), as the grass and wildflowers begin to take root on the raw hillside of the backyard, we are also adding an OUTDOOR KITCHEN, BAR SEATING AREA and DINING AREA, a PLAY STRUCTURE for the kiddos and an OUTDOOR FIREPLACE with SEATING AREA (message us if you are interested in seeing the renderings!). As this work progresses, you may notice some construction equipment on or near the property from time to time, but we will be sure your visit is not disturbed by noise, etc. In the meantime, there is already a FIREPIT with chairs for your group to enjoy campfire stories and the incredible views.
We hope to hit these timelines, but we are beholden to the weather, supply chains and contractors - our wonderful teams are pushing as hard as they can.
