Frequently Asked Questions

What is your cancellation policy?
We offer a full refund up to 30 days before the first night of your stay. Up to 14 days before the first night of your stay, we give a 50% refund.
Do you allow pets?
At both Heaven in the Hilltops and Twilight in the Trees, we do allow up to two dogs per reservation for a pet fee of $50 per night/per pet. Sadly, at The Caney Creek Social Club, no pets are allowed.
What are your check in/check out times?
At all three cabins, we have a 4 PM check in time and a 10 AM check out time. Early check ins and late check outs are sometimes possible but not guaranteed. That is something you would want to message me about privately after you make your reservation.
Do you offer on site parking?
Yes, all three cabins have a great deal of parking at the property. The Caney Creek Social Club can comfortably accommodate 6-8 cars, while Heaven in the Hilltops and Twilight in the Trees can each accommodate 10-12 cars depending on their size.
Is there laundry in each cabin?
Yes, all three cabins have private washers and dryers as well as laundry pods provided.
Do you provide towels/toiletries?
Yes, at all our cabins we provide bath towels as well as pool towels for our guests. We provide a range of other supplies to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible. Everything from paper towels to shampoo and conditioner and body wash, to pool toys to dishwasher pods to k cups to sugar is provided for your convenience.
Do you provide any baby equipment?
Yes, we have a pack and play and high chair at each cabin for our littler guests. Baby gates are provided at Caney Creek.

We had a Family Vacation group of 18 from 5 states, ages 7 to 81. We were even allowed 5 local relatives to visit. We had never tried anything like this before, all being under the same roof for a gathering this large. It was absolutely wonderful with everyone having their own bedroom & bathroom. I mean, this cabin has it all - just read the amenities in the description!! The cabin is very clean and spacious to where you will feel right at home. The pictures are spot on! All of the bedrooms are huge. Also, the bathrooms/showers are extremely clean. We had plenty of room to have fun. Before arriving, I was concerned about parking for everyone, but there is plenty of space to park. Beth is the perfect host!! I love her guidebook/app with her refreshing sense of humor. She communicates extremely well and very promptly. You can tell she truly wants her guests to enjoy the cabin. We highly recommend this cabin!! It is absolutely perfect!! We had a wonderful stay! The cabin was beautiful, peaceful, private, and had amazing views. We especially loved the outdoor courts being lit at night so we could play once it cooled down. We had a bad storm that caused a power and Wi-Fi outage and later some AC issues, but none of this was Beth’s fault. She was incredibly responsive and immediately had someone come out to help. Beth was an amazing host, and the property was absolutely wonderful. We would definitely stay again!

This was a wonderful vacation home for my group of 21. The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and felt like home away from home. The 8 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms worked so well for our large group! Our younger grandkids loved the playground and the teens loved the upstairs living area with TV, arcade games, ping pong and pool. The upper deck was great with TV’s, dining and lounging area! Plenty of seating areas both in and on the decks made for lots of places to relax and enjoy each other’s company. I would highly recommend staying in this beautiful home!

Our stay here made for such a memorable experience for our family. The home was beautiful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with breathtaking Mountain View’s. The indoor pool and slide was a huge hit, the whole family enjoyed. It looks exactly like the pictures! The host provided so many thoughtful extras that made our stay more welcoming. The host was wonderful. Very responsive and easy to communicate with. We accidentally broke a glass and offered to replace it but she kindly said it wasn’t necessary. That really stood out to us! I saw reviews about the road, but it’s exactly what we expected in the mountains. Take it slow and you’ll be fine we had no issues, cars were respectful about pulling over and taking turns.

This house is amazing! It was perfect for our big extended family getaway. The kids loved the amazing pool, slide, and hot tub! The adults enjoyed it as well. The views are incredible and we loved sitting on the deck soaking in why they call them the Smokies. The pickle ball court and basketball hoop were also amazing. Great cabin in a very secluded area, but only 10 minutes from the Parkway and right next to the Spur to get into Gatlinburg. The indoor pool was a hit with all the kiddos and they swam every day! Our group of 14 (three families with mostly teenage children) had a great visit over 4th of July weekend. Beth was a great host and very responsive. We were even able to check in early on a holiday weekend, which was so appreciated. We had extremely hot weather, so the pool was a life saver. The kids also enjoyed the pickle-ball court. We had 30 people, this was the most spacious place we were ever at. Our Host was amazing. We had questions she answered immediately. The washer button was stuck or we couldn't figure out how to use the Xbox. Not only did she response she sent Brent over. He was very helpful, pleasant and also gave us ideas of sights to see. The kids were over whelmed with the game room and pool. We travel yearly as a family on vacation and I usually have to bring extra dishes to cook, towels, etc and we litterly wouldn't of needed a thing. They tell you up front what they have and they had enough. The absolutely only down flaw was no pantry or cabinets to put your food. Which still wasn't a problem since there was so much space, we just keep the food in totes. We would totally recommend this place. Thanks Beth and Brent for making our stay Amazing.

What an amazing space as the setting for our family's Smoky Mt Tennessee Adventure! We stuffed it full of cousins, grands, aunts and uncles, and everyone LOVED having their own spaces, then coming together on the decks, the pool, the hot tub, the bar area for games, and the arcade area for fierce ping-pong and pool matches! The house made so many invitations to us and we said "YES!" to every one! The kitchen was well stocked for making meals, and the toiletries and linens were lux, like staying in a hotel! We loved too that there was a yard and a play area, rather than a sheer dropoff like some houses had. We also appreciated being slightly removed from the chaotic scene in Gatlinburg so that we had time to enjoy each other's company over cards and books, sundaes and conversations. The owner was awesome-- so communicative and helpful, and her guidebook was loaded with great recs and just the right amount of snark to make it a chuckle-worthy read. We weren't from the area, so this was a big leap, but we're so thrilled with our experience and would definitely stay there again! It had something for everyone, from the preschoolers on the play structure, to the bbq bar area for uncles to grill stuff and talk basketball, to the ping pong for the middle schoolers, the basket swing for reading teens and mamas, and cavernous bunks for college kids sleeping in after finals. See yourself there and book it now-- you won't be disappointed!

This was my 50th Birthday trip get away. 20 of my family members went! Amazing time and even better cabin! The beds were COMFORTABLE, the pool and hot tub area is a relaxation dream, the hose is spacious and inviting, the showers were all double headed and huge, the pickle ball court doubles as basketball as well! All great. The best thing is the amazing view. Seriously the best in the mountains! We took some drone pics and I will update when we get it back! My favorite thing about this rental was the host. She goes above and beyond. We had a couple minor issues come up and she fixed it immediately. She felt so bad about things that were out of her control and made it right. She is very responsive and truly loves what she does. We are already talking about coming back next year!

Cabin was great! We booked before the addition of the playground and outdoor bar. Those were wonderful surprises. We had 5 families staying, and the kids had a blast. Beth was very responsive and had someone out to clean the hot tub for us. We weren't sure how to turn it off, so one of the dads flipped the breaker causing the tub to get murky. I would suggest bringing some garbage bags (we ran out.) The rooms are all spacious with their own bathrooms.

The indoor spa/pool was wonderful and was definitely the highlight of the property A few things to to note: The internet was VERY spotty and we couldn’t watch tv (all streaming, no cable) or work during about half of our stay. I would also recommend bringing your own pillow. The ones they provided (and tried to replace with) were the lumpiest pillows I’ve ever experienced. I would recommend the space highly, but pillows and WiFi could be better.

From the moment I booked to the moment we checked out Elizabeth was responsive and there to answer any questions, her place is fully equipped for a great time. Pics do not do this cabin justice! Very clean! Each room can fit up to 4 people with the 2 bunk rooms actually fitting up to 8 people. A huge plus was every room has a full bathroom. One note, there is only one bathtub in one of the downstairs king suites, the others only have showers. This was the only thing that was not convenient as we had kids/infants that needed access to the tub. Pool & hot tub were great! Game room was amazing & enjoyed by both kids & adults! Take lots of water if you are not used to high altitude! We all felt like we couldn’t drink enough water lol! A really nice surprise was that it was decorated for Christmas even though we were there shortly after Christmas. Very nice touch! Any issues we had (2 missing tv remotes & no propane for the grill) were taken care of very quickly. Follow the instructions about not using Dollys Dr to get to & from the cabin. It is a mostly dirt/gravel “road” that is very narrow with lots of big potholes. Would def stay again!

Beth was the best host! She responded quickly to my messages and was super accommodating. The cabin was everything the website said it was. We spent three nights there with our adult children and grandchildren! It was magical! A plus was a daily visit of a young bear in the wooded area behind the cabin. Our seven year old grandson named him and affectionately became known as "Gerald". Everyone was very excited to see "Gerald" graze in the woods eating nuts. The upstairs game room, patio deck with the 100" big screen TV with the XBOX was a huge hit! Our littles (grandsons age 7, 5 and 4) loved the heated pool and the staircase! Overall, so many memories were made and we can't wait to do it again next year! Very happy Mom and Nanny!

This cabin was the BEST for our family vacation this fall! Our family was searching for a cabin that would work for a multi-generational trip that included several families with small children, single adults, elderly & disabled family. This places fits the bill. The layout is perfect to give everyone their own space with individual bathrooms, and some on the first floor for accessibility. The upstairs game room was a hit with the older kids as was the indoor pool. We didn’t get a chance to use the newly installed play set, but that is a nice touch to make it even more email friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be back in a heartbeat to this location during the cold months or the summer months as there is plenty to do.

This vacation was very special as my siblings and families were together with our 86 year old mother and we couldn't have picked a better place to spend it!! The cabin was huge with plenty of space and the amenities were amazing and we took advantage of them all! The hot tub and pool were a definite hit! But none of us had ever seen an outdoor covered space like this cabin has! A huge surround sound tv, sofas around a fire table and an outdoor kitchen with dining area for plenty of people. Watching movies at night was awesome! The host Beth was amazing! She was gracious in accommodating a couple of special requests for our stay and she responded quickly to the tons of questions the family had. There were a few minor items that needed addressed after arrival but, again, Beth responded very quickly to take care of them. Brent from the maintenance and cleaning team was fantastic and even shared some things we might like to do in the area. Our group spent so much time out on the deck while the kids played basketball and pickleball. The indoor pool was insanely awesome. There were 18 of us and we never felt crammed, plenty of space. The house was also very close to pigeon forge and gatlinburg attractions but made you feel private and secluded. The host truly thought of every single detail in this house. As most people know when staying in a Airbnb you pack to provide all things necessary for your trip. To our surprise, we were very impressed when we noticed the host had provided things that you might have forgotten from phone chargers, toothpaste, pool toys, tide pods, dryer sheets, first aid kits, you name it, she thought of it!
